  • Advance HubSpot’s marketing measurement strategy and investment optimization
  • Own measurement across organic, paid, owned, Brand, LLM/AEO, media and creator, and earned channels
  • Build full-funnel attribution across the buyer journey and modernize measurement beyond last-click models
  • Deliver executive reporting and performance narratives that connect marketing spend with revenue results
  • Develop and run Marketing Mix Models to measure marginal ROI, support scenarios, and guide capital allocation
  • Create and expand incrementality testing using holdouts and causal experiments
  • Work with Marketing and Finance leaders to support evidence-based investment planning
  • Develop and operationalize predictive LTV models and revenue forecasts across multiple time horizons
  • Set the build-versus-buy direction for predictive tools and oversee external partnerships
  • Direct data science delivery against measurement priorities and expand AI and machine learning use cases in measurement, attribution, targeting, and forecasting

Talablar

  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing analytics or marketing data science
  • Strong understanding of how marketing strategy is developed and executed
  • Advanced expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling and incrementality testing
  • Experience developing or operationalizing Marketing Mix Modeling and incrementality capabilities
  • Experience creating predictive LTV models and revenue forecasts across multiple time horizons
  • Experience developing or implementing multi-touch attribution for a B2B SaaS buyer journey
  • Demonstrated success building trusted Finance partnerships and measurement frameworks that inform budgets
  • Strong technical fluency, including experiment design and validation of data science outputs
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution across paid, owned, and earned channels, including view-based and buying-group-level measurement
  • Excellent communication skills with executive audiences
  • Preferred experience includes B2B SaaS or high-growth technology, data science, Brand and LLM/AEO/GEO measurement, paid media strategy and bidding optimization, vendor management, and B2B buying-group measurement
