Tavsif

  • Help shape and localize go-to-market strategies for the French and German markets.
  • Deliver integrated regional marketing campaigns across a range of channels.
  • Support EMEA-wide programs and campaigns delivered with partners.
  • Contribute to demand generation efforts and pipeline expansion.
  • Track regional market developments, competitor activity, and customer perspectives.
  • Plan and manage a regional events program spanning conferences, expos, virtual summits, hosted dinners, VIP roundtables, and closing events.
  • Own event delivery from planning through reporting, including logistics, suppliers, budgets, and post-event analysis.
  • Create promotional activity before events across email, social media, and paid channels.
  • Evaluate and refine hybrid, interactive, and digital event experiences.
  • Assess attendance, lead quality, and each event’s contribution to pipeline.
  • Work with sales on lead handoffs, follow-up activity, and pipeline reporting.

Talablar

  • Bring 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, including substantial work in events and field marketing.
  • Fluency or strong working proficiency in French or German is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success delivering high-quality events and campaigns in a fast-moving, growth-stage organization.
  • Experience contributing to go-to-market strategy and connecting marketing activity with revenue outcomes.
  • Strong project management capability.
  • Use campaign and event data to measure performance and improve future programs.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and external partners.
  • Familiarity with virtual and hybrid event platforms such as Hopin and Zoom Webinars.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools including Inflection, Salesforce, Looker, and Canva.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and Slack.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the EMEA region when needed.
  • Experience in EOR, HR technology, workforce management, or a related SaaS setting is desirable.
  • Understanding of HR and Finance buyer groups in France, Germany, or wider EMEA markets is desirable.
  • Experience coordinating with external creative, PR, events, or media agencies is desirable.
