Tavsif

  • Create and maintain model documents, forms, templates, checklists, and other resources for assigned practice groups.
  • Organize precedents and knowledge assets for efficient search, reuse, and AI-supported applications.
  • Evaluate knowledge and practice-support needs, then implement plans to address them.
  • Track and communicate important legal, regulatory, and market developments.
  • Help produce client alerts, presentations, and other thought-leadership materials.
  • Record and maintain matter and experience data in Foundation and the firm’s matter-intelligence dashboard.
  • Help practitioners find and use internal and external knowledge resources.
  • Develop and deliver substantive, knowledge, and technology training, including instruction on AI tools.
  • Share effective practices and lessons learned with colleagues across practice areas and the global KIA team.
  • Find and rank opportunities to improve legal workflows through AI, automation, and other technologies.
  • Convert identified opportunities into clear use cases and functional requirements.
  • Design, configure, test, and improve AI-enabled workflows, prompt libraries, and playbooks.
  • Coordinate pilots and proofs of concept from success criteria and feedback through launch, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
  • Assess emerging technologies and their potential applications in Private Equity and M&A practice.
  • Support firm-wide innovation programs and help shape responsible AI and knowledge-management policies.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry peers and legal-technology providers while monitoring relevant trends and leading practices.

Talablar

  • At least five years of experience practicing M&A and Private Equity law, primarily involving public-company transactions and Delaware law matters.
  • Advanced understanding of the workflows and core requirements of public-company M&A and Private Equity attorneys.
  • Advanced ability to research and draft legal documents and practice content, including model documents, forms, templates, process checklists, training materials, articles, client presentations, and alerts.
  • Demonstrated interest in and aptitude for generative AI, legal innovation, and emerging legal-practice technologies.
  • Ability to assess legal workflows and identify opportunities for improvement, knowledge sharing, automation, and technology enablement.
  • Ability to turn attorney needs into practical knowledge-management, AI, and technology solutions.
  • Strong communication and engagement skills, with the ability to earn credibility with senior leaders, attorneys, and clients and explain legal-technology concepts clearly.
  • Experience developing training curricula and applying learning and development best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and demonstrated ability to assess and adopt new technologies and working methods.
  • Required law degree and current bar admission, or equivalent, in the jurisdiction of the assigned firm office and, if different, the home-state jurisdiction.
  • At least five years of law-firm practitioner experience.
  • Knowledge-management and/or legal-innovation experience preferred.
