  • Explain American Home Protect products and services to prospective and existing customers
  • Recommend solutions that support revenue growth
  • Process cancellations and renewals for the three-year home warranty product
  • Use consultative selling techniques with consumers through inbound and outbound calls and email
  • Identify and engage prospective customers
  • Handle an average of 50–60 inbound calls each day
  • Achieve required campaign conversion targets

Talablar

  • 1–2 years of experience selling products or services by phone or in person, ideally in a call center or retail setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to work independently through a multi-step sales process
  • Ability to follow up with warm leads by phone or email
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Home warranty or auto warranty sales experience is a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Remote applicants must not be located in Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Iowa, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, or West Virginia
