Tavsif

  • Improve data architecture and pipelines to strengthen data flow and collection.
  • Collaborate with software developers, database architects, and analysts on data initiatives and dependable delivery.
  • Meet data needs across teams, systems, and products.
  • Update Healthix’s data architecture to support next-generation products and capabilities.
  • Build and maintain scalable pipelines and reporting solutions using Databricks, MS SQL Server, and InterSystems HealthShare.
  • Improve data models and access for business intelligence.
  • Set up monitoring to protect data quality, accuracy, and availability.
  • Create queries and reports that support data-informed decisions.
  • Run unit and data validation tests, document work, troubleshoot issues, and support feasibility assessments and health outcome evaluations.
  • Provide reporting and project support across the organization.
  • Maintain reliable, accurate, complete, and compliant reporting.
  • Support development, ETL, and upkeep of data assets and models; design integrations and data quality frameworks.
  • Assess open-source and vendor data lineage tools and help plan data platform architecture.
  • Help develop an integrated healthcare data warehouse.
  • Work with the data architect on warehouse design, ETL, validation, bounds checking, and database tuning.
  • Contribute to data governance and quality, data models and queries, multidimensional query and index tuning, monitoring, disaster recovery, backups, automated testing, schema migration, and continuous deployment.

Talablar

  • Bring at least five years of experience in a data analyst role.
  • Hold a graduate degree in computer science, statistics, healthcare informatics, informatics, information systems, or a related field.
  • IBM Certified Data Engineer or Google Certified Professional certification is preferred.
  • Have healthcare data experience, including HL7, CCDAs, MS SQL Server, Databricks, Tableau, InterSystems HealthShare, and Cache databases.
  • Bring advanced SQL knowledge, relational database experience, query-writing skills, and familiarity with different databases.
  • Know database design principles, including relationships, normalization, structures, indexes, and views, and be able to analyze database requirements.
  • Have experience building and optimizing big data pipelines, architectures, and datasets.
  • Apply strong analytical skills to root cause analysis of data and processes.
  • Have experience developing processes for data transformation, structures, metadata, dependencies, and workload management.
  • Understand message queuing, stream processing, and scalable big data stores.
  • Be proficient with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
  • Have experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Bring strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, and Scala.
  • Be able to design end-to-end ETL pipelines.
  • Have experience with AWS services and business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
  • Bring strong quantitative, analytical, process development, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Communicate clearly in documentation and conversation, including technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
