Freelance translator supporting TransPerfect’s marketing, corporate communications, and retail clients. Translate and proofread English content into Vietnamese across specialized subject areas.
Tavsif
- Translate and proofread documents for a range of clients
- Prepare and finalize translated content for client delivery
- Translate content from English into Vietnamese
- Work with materials related to marketing, corporate communications, and retail
- Coordinate with managers and Project Managers
- Support the translation needs of international clients
Talablar
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese
- Specialization in marketing, corporate communications, and retail
- Exceptional attention to detail, spelling, and grammar
- Professional conduct in all situations, including under tight deadlines
- Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement
- Successful completion of free Translation, MTPE, and/or Proofreading/QM assessments
- A degree in Translation, Linguistics, or Language Studies, or an equivalent degree with substantial translation training, from a recognized higher-education institution; or
- Two years of translation experience and a college degree; or
- Five years of translation experience without a college degree; or
- A translation-competence certificate issued by an appropriate government body
- Relevant Translation, MTPE, and Proofreading/QM experience documented in the CV
- Proposed best per-word rates in USD for Translation, MTPE, and Proofreading services
