Tavsif

  • Partner with a team to expand the value of ElevenLabs’ voice AI platform for enterprise customers.
  • Develop technical solutions that can be delivered efficiently across multiple enterprise accounts.
  • Work with Account Executives to strengthen the technical direction of the sales process.
  • Advise customer and prospect technical stakeholders, offering tailored support and integration architecture.
  • Build technical demonstrations that clearly showcase the product’s value.
  • Develop technical enablement materials for the sales organization.
  • Create self-service tools and documentation that support independent customer implementation.
  • Recognize repeatable integration patterns and product opportunities, then collaborate with product teams to develop them.

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.
  • Enjoyment of direct customer collaboration, solution iteration, and tailored technical support.
  • Ability to recognize repeatable approaches and turn them into scalable solutions.
  • Strong empathy for customers, sales teams, and product partners.
  • Technical depth to architect integrations between ElevenLabs solutions and existing customer systems.
  • Customer-facing experience, including relevant student organizations or personal projects.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Strong knowledge of software development, software architecture, and established integration patterns.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the flexibility to tailor explanations to different audiences.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong awareness of regional and cultural considerations.
  • Based in Mexico, with a preference for Mexico City.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for customer onsite engagements.
