Tavsif

  • Build and nurture relationships with a portfolio of mortgage brokers.
  • Work with aggregator partners to identify opportunities and pursue shared goals.
  • Advise brokers on loan scenarios and lending structures.
  • Represent Bridgit at broker and aggregator events.
  • Meet settlement volume targets and agreed KPIs while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and report sales results against company objectives.
  • Work with internal teams to improve processes, the broker experience, and client outcomes.
  • Develop new business and grow Bridgit’s mortgage broker network.

Talablar

  • Experience in residential mortgage lending and sales, with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, credit criteria, and lending structures.
  • A relationship-focused approach and the ability to build lasting partnerships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including confidence presenting to groups.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused approach, close attention to detail, and commitment to delivering results.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • A current, unrestricted Australian driver’s licence.
  • Successful pre-employment screening, including reference and standard police checks.
