  • Own revenue delivery by managing existing accounts in the assigned territory
  • Increase account growth and customer advocacy across the portfolio
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to demonstrate value and retain customers
  • Build a strong understanding of each customer’s business priorities and challenges
  • Develop strategic adviser relationships with stakeholders across customer departments
  • Provide strategic guidance and solutions for challenges related to the Charter Sales offering
  • Find and assess opportunities to expand Avinode Group products within customer accounts
  • Share customer needs and pain points with Product to help shape roadmap improvements
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Record activities and manage sales opportunities in Salesforce CRM

Talablar

  • At least three years of relevant experience in SaaS B2B sales and customer success
  • Understanding of charter sales operations within an aviation operator or broker
  • Familiarity with Avinode Group’s Charter Sales products and product enhancements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience aligned with the role’s expectations
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, AI-enabled productivity tools, and other business applications
  • Demonstrated success creating and executing strategic account plans, negotiating contracts, and finding expansion opportunities
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for approximately 30% of the time
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Analytical and critical-thinking approach
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to build trusted customer relationships in person and by phone
