Strategy and Business Intelligence Manager
Support Dura-Line’s strategic planning and corporate development through market intelligence, financial modeling, and cross-functional analysis.
Opis
- Contribute to annual strategy and long-range business plans.
- Research markets, competitors, customers, and industry conditions.
- Assess potential business opportunities and risks.
- Build business cases, financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses.
- Assist with acquisitions, partnerships, investments, and other corporate development work.
- Conduct research and company profiles, and support diligence across functions.
- Manage project workstreams and coordinate teams across Finance, Commercial, Operations, Product Management, IT, and other groups.
- Build and maintain intelligence tools, dashboards, market databases, and reporting systems.
- Prepare management presentations, reports, and recommendations.
- Apply Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools to research, analysis, reporting, and knowledge management.
- Set up and manage automated processes for market intelligence, competitor tracking, efficient reporting, and information management.
- Track changes in markets, competition, technology, and regulation.
- Contribute to other strategic projects as assigned.
Zahteve
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, data analytics, or a related field.
- An MBA or equivalent graduate degree is preferred.
- Three to five years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy or development, investment banking, private equity, business intelligence, corporate finance, or a related analytical field.
- Experience independently leading complex analytical workstreams and cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, research, problem-solving, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and related analytical tools.
- Experience with AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar.
- Knowledge of workflow automation and reporting tools.
- Understanding of strategic planning, business intelligence, commercial operations, corporate finance, and market analysis.
- Working knowledge of Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Product Management, and Information Technology.
- Ability to work independently and apply relevant theories, principles, practices, and concepts.
- Sound understanding of corporate policies, procedures, and precedents.
- Experience in a global or matrixed organization is preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10%.
- Ability to work primarily in an office or remotely, using computer-based systems for extended periods.
