Opis

  • Own social media channels across Rentokil Terminix brands.
  • Partner with internal teams to grow engagement, reach, and customer acquisition through paid and organic campaigns.
  • Coordinate content plans with internal and external collaborators.
  • Shape content strategies that support revenue growth.
  • Contribute relevant, engaging content to the broader digital marketing strategy.
  • Track market trends and adjust social plans to emerging content formats and platforms.
  • Guide marketing specialists in delivering social strategies and growth objectives.
  • Achieve targets for impressions, audience growth, and engagement.
  • Plan and run paid and organic social campaigns to attract prospective customers.
  • Track algorithm and platform updates across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and other major networks.
  • Use social channels to support employee engagement and brand ambassador programs.
  • Select, assess, and manage influencers and external brand partners.
  • A/B test and refine paid social creative to improve results and customer acquisition.
  • Set the social listening approach and route issues to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Communicate the company’s brand voice professionally across social platforms.
  • Report on performance, placement and partnership schedules, opportunities, and integrated channel results.
  • Oversee social management tools, including Hootsuite and Sprout Social.
  • Support direct reports’ development and strengthen personal leadership skills.

Zahteve

  • At least five years of successful social media management experience supporting brand growth, customer retention, and engagement goals.
  • A record of making meaningful contributions to marketing team vision and strategy.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with several leading social media platforms and tools.
  • Experience creating and managing effective influencer and brand ambassador campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and forecast a substantial social media or marketing budget.
  • Experience with data-informed, consumer-focused marketing.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Sound understanding of digital and social media marketing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership and ability to motivate direct reports.
  • Strong working knowledge of analytics, reporting, and data management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Authorized to work full-time in the United States.
  • Work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
  • Must work in a drug-free workplace.
