Temporary Remote E-Billing Specialist
Temporary E-Billing Specialist role at Ballard Spahr, supporting electronic billing and accrual deadlines for a national U.S. law firm. Coordinate with attorneys, assistants, pricing teams, and e-billing vendors across relevant platforms.
Descriere
- Submit electronic bills
- Manage daily and monthly e-billing workflows
- Coordinate with attorneys and assistants to collect accrual information
- Submit monthly estimates and accruals by required deadlines
- Partner with the Pricing Team to submit new timekeepers and billing rates to e-billing vendor sites
- Support team members in meeting client and department deadlines
Cerințe
- At least two years of electronic billing experience in a professional services environment
- Legal or insurance industry experience is preferred
- Experience with billing platforms such as Serengeti, Tymetrix, Collaborati, Counsel Link, and E-Billing Hub
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, as well as Word and Access
- General comfort working with business systems
- Experience with Elite 3E is preferred
- Willingness to work overtime when needed to perform essential duties
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work, meet strict deadlines, and maintain close attention to detail
