Descriere

  • Manage the complete machine learning lifecycle across Azure and Databricks
  • Build and operate ML pipelines spanning ingestion, feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
  • Create consistent experimentation practices with MLflow or comparable tools for tracking, artifacts, model registration, and lifecycle stages
  • Automate Databricks jobs and delivery workflows through Databricks Workflows, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
  • Establish data and model observability for freshness, completeness, feature and model drift, training-serving skew, and SLA/SLO performance
  • Maintain appropriate security and compliance controls
  • Lead incident response and post-incident reviews for ML pipelines and model-serving infrastructure
  • Partner with applied scientists to run robust, dependable models

Cerințe

  • Advanced Python software engineering skills, including test development
  • A foundational understanding of machine learning
  • At least three years of experience in data engineering or MLOps
  • Strong proficiency with PySpark
  • Practical experience using Databricks and Delta Lake
  • Experience delivering data and ML CI/CD with Git, pull request workflows, automated testing, and pinned environments
  • Working knowledge of Azure
  • Experience creating monitoring systems and dashboards
  • Clear communication skills and an operational mindset focused on SLA/SLO ownership
