Senior Market Carrier Engagement Manager

Lead carrier strategy, governance, and onboarding for CRC Group’s wholesale brokerage business. Guide the engagement team and advise senior stakeholders on insurance partnerships.

Descriere

  • Set direction for carrier relationships, onboarding, governance, and service delivery.
  • Build and execute carrier engagement strategy to support growth, market expansion, and operational excellence.
  • Act as the senior escalation contact for complex carrier issues.
  • Advise production, brokerage, and senior leaders on engagement strategy and partnership decisions.
  • Lead, develop, and coach the market engagement team.
  • Oversee onboarding strategy for new insurance markets.
  • Direct contract reviews, licensing checks, compliance records, and system enablement.
  • Work with Production, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Technology teams.
  • Address complex, ambiguous, and unusual issues, and lead solutions through implementation.
  • Set governance standards for carrier agreements, authorizations, documentation, and partnership structures.
  • Track and report engagement activity, risks, and performance indicators.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations, company policies, and contracts.
  • Improve processes for onboarding, engagement, governance, efficiency, quality, and scale.
  • Influence senior leaders through clear communication, recommendations, and change leadership.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in the insurance industry.
  • Substantial background in wholesale brokerage, MGA, carrier relations, market engagement, or a related area.
  • Experience leading, developing, and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance market structures, carrier partnership models, onboarding, governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to lead complex initiatives, work through ambiguity, and find practical solutions to nonstandard business problems.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Property and Casualty license or other relevant industry license preferred.
  • Experience leading enterprise or cross-functional transformation, process redesign, or large-scale market engagement initiatives preferred.
  • Established industry presence through carrier forums, professional associations, or other relevant market-facing channels preferred.
  • Fluency in English.
