Descriere

  • Assess application data, business processes, and system capabilities to advance operational and strategic work.
  • Draft and maintain user stories, business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Plan and oversee testing, including execution, defect tracking, and validation.
  • Perform testing to meet project milestones and release timelines.
  • Create and maintain ServiceNow change records in accordance with change management procedures.
  • Coordinate releases and prepare documentation for production deployments.
  • Lead meetings and workshops to address business requests, develop solutions, and resolve production issues.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, share project updates, and help resolve issues.
  • Track production problems, investigate their causes, and recommend fixes.
  • Check that deliverables, documentation, and testing meet organizational standards and practices.
  • Use advanced analytical tools to provide business and technical guidance across functions and business units.
  • Advise clients on tools and strategies for implementation, monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product development.
  • Select suitable analytical methods and support solution development, implementation, and improvement.
  • Build and continually refine analytical solutions for business leaders.
  • Review results and recommend actions to business partners and senior management.
  • Present findings from complex analytical work to varied audiences.

Cerințe

  • Background in business analysis, business analytics, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational abilities, including managing several priorities at once.
  • Experience using Jira to manage requirements, user stories, defects, and project coordination.
  • Practical software testing experience, including planning tests, running them, and managing defects.
  • Ability to produce clear business requirements, technical specifications, and process documentation.
  • Knowledge of change management and experience managing change records in ServiceNow.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, including interpreting complex data and application functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional partners at all levels.
  • Experience supporting application releases and production operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile methods and Scrum is preferred.
  • Experience leading stakeholder meetings and requirements workshops is preferred.
  • Knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence is preferred.
  • A university or college degree is typically required.
  • Typically, at least three years of relevant industry experience is required.
  • A comparable mix of education, role-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered instead of a degree.
  • No certifications are required.
  • No licenses are required.
  • No language assessments are required or preferred.
  • Must not require employment visa sponsorship. PNC does not participate in STEM OPT for this position.
