- Plan market activity and allocate resources to meet volume, revenue, and distribution targets.
- Lead Duvel USA salespeople in sales and marketing activities.
- Manage key wholesalers directly and coach team members responsible for other wholesalers.
- Develop and carry out Duvel USA sales and marketing plans for the assigned territory.
- Coordinate wholesaler activity and run sales and marketing programs across the portfolio.
- Motivate distributor leaders and sales teams to meet sales targets.
- Create and oversee wholesaler incentive programs.
- Sell products and expand product lines across distribution channels.
- Find core accounts with untapped potential and plan how to establish business with them.
- Lead, coach, develop, and manage a team of sales professionals.
- Build distributor relationships and carry out market strategies.
- Gather distributor pricing, distribution, volume, and market data.
- Prepare and submit sales division reports.
- Educate waitstaff and bartenders, and conduct beer tastings and dinners.
- Maintain appropriate merchandising in on- and off-premise accounts.
- Plan and run on-premise promotions.
- Distribute and use point-of-sale materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with key on- and off-premise accounts.
- Partner with local distributors to grow brand awareness and consumption.
- Train, schedule, and manage third-party sampling teams.
- Monitor progress in designated accounts.
- Comply with state and federal laws on malt beverage sales, merchandising, and promotion.

Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Three to five years of malt beverage experience, preferably including at least one year with a wine or beer distributor.
- Ability to work with management at different levels in wholesale and retail settings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Comfort speaking to large groups and leading staff training and evening events.
