Recruit and onboard contractors for assigned Ryder accounts, managing the process from candidate screening through offer acceptance. Build relationships with hiring teams and track recruitment progress, market conditions, and customer satisfaction.

Descriere

  • Source and interview candidates through screening.
  • Guide candidates through offer negotiation and acceptance.
  • Handle administrative steps in contractor hiring.
  • Onboard newly hired contractors.
  • Manage established internal and external recruitment processes.
  • Build working relationships with operations leaders, hiring managers, Human Resources, and recruiting colleagues.
  • Share recruitment updates and report market conditions that affect contractor hiring.
  • Carry out recruitment plans using advertising, job fairs, and remote recruiting methods.
  • Keep recruitment materials current.
  • Update management on hiring progress and recruitment concerns.
  • Meet customer satisfaction goals by filling roles for assigned accounts.
  • Take on other duties as assigned.

Cerințe

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least two years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 0–10%.
  • May be subject to employment and education verification, a motor vehicle records check, a road test, badging, or customer background requirements.
