Descriere

  • Advise cross-functional teams on non-disclosure agreement requirements.
  • Represent Collins Aerospace in contract transactions and sustain customer relationships.
  • Review non-disclosure agreements and handle broader contract administration.
  • Oversee contract scope and terms to maintain compliance.
  • Identify, reduce, and resolve contractual risks and issues.
  • Coordinate communication among internal and external customer program teams.
  • Apply corporate procedures and maintain required compliance records.
  • Share customer contract requirements across the organization.
  • Connect internal and external customers while addressing stakeholder questions.
  • Work independently with appropriate oversight.
  • Manage non-disclosure agreements and collaborate directly with program leadership.
  • Negotiate agreements and resolve complex contractual matters.
  • Use commercial judgment when evaluating high-risk terms and negotiations.

Cerințe

  • University degree with at least five years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least three years of experience.
  • Background managing U.S. Government contracts under FAR and/or DFARS.
  • Capacity to manage a large volume of non-disclosure agreements concurrently.
  • Experience negotiating, executing, and administering contracts, including pricing, Statements of Work, and terms and conditions.
  • Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements.
  • Understanding of the commercial considerations and risk assessment involved in non-disclosure agreements.
  • Ability to balance routine and complex non-disclosure agreement work across multiple priorities.
  • Experience working directly with external customers.
  • U.S. citizenship is required because program information is restricted to U.S. citizens; a security clearance is not required.
