Descriere
- Contact inbound leads by phone and email to develop sales opportunities.
- Listen carefully and interview prospects to understand their needs.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales conversion goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to grow the sales pipeline and close deals.
- Keep CRM records current, including lead progress and communications.
- Welcome prospective clients as their first point of contact with the firm.
Cerințe
- At least one year of inside sales experience is required.
- Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Confidence handling a high volume of phone calls.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Teams and Word.
- Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective listening, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Some college education is preferred.
