Conduct client onboarding, transaction monitoring and enhanced due diligence for InvestEngine, a UK ETF investment platform. Investigate unusual activity and escalate potential compliance risks.
Descriere
- Complete transaction monitoring and enhanced due diligence (EDD) reviews
- Investigate unusual activity and escalate suspicions appropriately
- Meet turnaround targets, with most applications and monitoring cases completed within 24 hours
- Maintain accuracy of at least 98%
- Keep internal registers and client records accurate and current
- Coordinate with Compliance, Operations and Customer Experience to resolve escalations within SLA
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical process improvements
- Review and process applications from individual and business clients
- Verify identities, addresses, bank accounts and companies
- Screen for PEPs and sanctions at onboarding and throughout ongoing monitoring
Cerințe
- Bring experience in a detail-focused, high-volume operations role, preferably in financial services onboarding, KYC/AML, compliance operations or a similar area
- Pay close attention to detail
- Manage time effectively and handle large workloads while meeting deadlines
- Communicate clearly and professionally in spoken and written English
- Apply sound risk awareness and identify suspicious activity for escalation
- Work proactively and collaboratively, taking ownership of responsibilities
- KYC/AML knowledge is desirable
- Experience with PEP and sanctions screening is desirable
