- Lead the founder’s office across the group’s B2B software and media companies
- Maintain the operating cadence through daily check-ins, weekly business reviews, Friday updates, and the decision log
- Own unassigned workstreams from initial discussion through recommendation and delivery
- Write concise decision memos covering the decision, available options, recommendation, and deadline
- Filter and organize information for the founder
- Drive follow-ups with colleagues, counsel, the company secretary, and candidates to ensure commitments are completed
- Manage recruitment with the recruiter, including scorecards, interviews, references, trials, and onboarding
- Oversee group administration, including payroll, banking within defined limits, tools, and the filing calendar, then document processes for handover
- Collaborate with co-founders, investor teams, and advisers
- Lead the group’s AI operating layer and remain accountable for its results
- Reduce the founder’s workload and keep operating rhythms running during the founder’s absence
- Complete two senior hires through the full process within the first six months
