Descriere

  • Drive growth across the assigned F&B category.
  • Measure, analyze, and report category KPIs against performance goals.
  • Create and present structured monthly plans tailored to each client’s business objectives.
  • Review category and client results, then recommend targeted improvements.
  • Manage category launches for new products and features, covering go-to-market planning, adoption measurement, success criteria, and ongoing performance tracking.
  • Advise clients on loyalty, retention, and growth using data insights and category benchmarks.
  • Run monthly business reviews with assigned clients.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Partner with Growth, Product, Operations, Tech, and Marketing to expand client results, enhance the product experience, and remove operational obstacles.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders around brand goals, requirements, and communication priorities.
  • Bring product needs and client feedback to Product and help inform roadmap priorities.
  • Partner with Growth on brand strategy, campaign direction, and category insights.
  • Maintain consistency with the brand’s voice and identity across customer communications and campaigns.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Three to five years of experience in category management, account management, business development, or a comparable commercial position.
  • Commercially minded professional with demonstrated success in driving growth and managing performance.
  • Skilled at interpreting KPIs and turning findings into practical growth plans.
  • Experience managing clients and leading performance review meetings.
  • Solid knowledge of loyalty, retention, and customer growth approaches.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Effective time manager who can handle competing priorities.
  • Comfortable working under pressure while pursuing performance goals.
  • Strategic, results-focused, and data-driven approach to decision-making.
