Descriere

  • Manage a broker portfolio to generate sustainable, profitable growth
  • Create new business through targeted prospecting, pipeline oversight, and proactive broker engagement
  • Assess, qualify, and pass strong opportunities to the broader sales team
  • Provide a professional, customer-led sales experience aligned with Ansvar’s risk appetite
  • Lead broker-panel renewals while meeting retention, growth, and profitability goals
  • Assist Key Account Managers with larger broker relationships and account development
  • Understand broker operations and decision-makers to uncover opportunities across Ansvar, Ecclesiastical, and Benefact Group solutions
  • Work with underwriting and support colleagues to provide excellent service, sound risk selection, and profitable results

Cerințe

  • Knowledge of the relevant market, industry, and company environment
  • Proficiency with appropriate IT tools and systems
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • Commercial experience managing stakeholders effectively
  • Dip CII qualification, or willingness to complete it within an agreed timeframe
  • Experience managing broker relationships in sales or underwriting
