Descriere

  • Develop and deliver creative concepts for digital, print, and multimedia marketing materials
  • Manage Samsara’s tokenized Figma web design system in partnership with the Brand Creative team
  • Prototype and build experiences using AI-assisted design and development tools
  • Partner with product, marketing, sales, and UX teams to create visual narratives and digital experiences
  • Apply an e-commerce and growth mindset to Samsara’s web store
  • Hire, mentor, develop, and lead an inclusive digital design team
  • Direct production from concept through delivery while managing schedules, budgets, and quality
  • Help shape brand guidelines and maintain consistency across creative work
  • Track industry developments and emerging design technologies, including AI-powered tools
  • Evaluate and improve creative assets to support engagement, conversion, and customer retention
  • Promote Samsara’s cultural principles as the company expands globally

Cerințe

  • At least 8 years of experience in a creative role
  • At least 2 years managing people directly in a B2B SaaS or high-tech environment
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
  • Curiosity about and practical experience with AI models and design workflow tools
  • Hands-on experience with componentized or tokenized Figma systems, ideally connected to production code
  • Practical fluency with AI-assisted design or prototyping tools
  • Strong knowledge of brand strategy, UX/UI principles, and digital marketing practices
  • Ability to turn user insights into compelling digital experiences
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, heatmaps, or A/B testing
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Portfolio featuring B2B marketing campaigns, digital experiences, and branding work
  • Experience designing for or partnering with e-commerce or product-led growth initiatives
  • Experience in-house at a rapidly scaling company and/or in an agency
  • Experience preparing design systems for AI or MCP-based tools, or connecting them to production code
  • Proficiency with motion design tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro
  • Experience using 3D design software such as Cinema 4D or Blender
