Descriere

  • Oversee a portfolio of around 100 agriculture client groups.
  • Meet clients in person and through Microsoft Teams.
  • Meet approximately seven clients each week to understand their businesses, spot emerging needs and discuss options.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with agriculture clients.
  • Tailor support to clients’ business needs and financial goals.
  • Find relevant products and services that can strengthen client relationships.
  • Bring in product specialists when needed.
  • Assess and manage credit risk.
  • Prepare credit papers for new lending facilities and renewals using the Bank’s established tools.
  • Help clients explore ways to make their businesses more sustainable in line with ESG responsibilities.
  • Work with service and delivery colleagues to resolve client requests effectively.
  • Explain the available service model to clients.
  • Represent the Group in meetings with professional partners and intermediaries.
  • Encourage collaboration and the use of tools that improve the experience for clients and colleagues.

Cerințe

  • Demonstrated success winning new business in competitive corporate or commercial banking markets.
  • An established network in the local Cardiff Commercial market.
  • Ability to prepare clear, accurate credit papers for new lending facilities and renewals.
  • Ability to assess and manage credit risk.
  • Ability to assess information objectively, identify gaps or root causes, and reach practical conclusions based on evidence.
  • Ability to work effectively with product specialists, service colleagues, professional partners and intermediaries.
  • Experience applying knowledge of financial products and services to help business clients weigh suitable options.
  • Availability to work full time.
  • Willingness and ability to work a hybrid schedule, spending at least two days per week or 40% of working time at an office.
