Apraksts

  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for negotiations and proceedings
  • Take depositions
  • Attend hearings
  • Conduct mediations
  • Represent clients at trial
  • Research legal issues
  • Help prepare for hearings
  • Advise clients on legal matters
  • Assess cases and recommend courses of action
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients
  • Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to manage cases efficiently
  • Keep client files current and accessible to the team
  • Carry out other assigned duties

Prasības

  • Be admitted to the Georgia Bar
  • Have 5–6 years of recent insurance defense experience
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally
  • Demonstrate strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Show excellent attention to detail and organization
  • Work independently and collaboratively
  • Meet billing targets
  • Reside in Georgia or Florida
