Senior Associate Attorney, Insurance Defense Litigation
Handle insurance defense cases through pleadings, depositions, and trial. Boyd & Jenerette represents insurers, individuals, and businesses.

- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for negotiations and proceedings
- Take depositions
- Attend hearings
- Conduct mediations
- Represent clients at trial
- Research legal issues
- Help prepare for hearings
- Advise clients on legal matters
- Assess cases and recommend courses of action
- Negotiate on behalf of clients
- Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to manage cases efficiently
- Keep client files current and accessible to the team
- Carry out other assigned duties
Talablar
- Be admitted to the Georgia Bar
- Have 5–6 years of recent insurance defense experience
- Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally
- Demonstrate strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Show excellent attention to detail and organization
- Work independently and collaboratively

- Reside in Georgia or Florida
