Apraksts

  • Create and revise job descriptions as needed
  • Promote vacancies through the careers page, social media, and job boards
  • Identify prospective candidates through online sourcing channels
  • Write outreach emails for passive candidates
  • Review submitted resumes and application forms
  • Prepare qualified-candidate shortlists for hiring managers
  • Maintain employee records in the company portal
  • Collect attendance and leave data as needed
  • Coordinate payroll-processing information with the Accounts team
  • Work with managers to assess upcoming hiring requirements
  • Apply HR theory to routine workplace activities
  • Join weekly review meetings with multiple teams
  • Collaborate with the reporting manager, business heads, and internal teams
  • Complete weekly bite-sized project deliverables
  • Report task progress to the Project Management Executive

Prasības

  • Currently studying and pursuing a career in human resources
  • Master’s degree specializing in HR or a related field from a reputable institution
  • Strong understanding of core HR concepts
  • Willingness to work with experienced colleagues and follow established systems and processes
  • Motivation to learn and take on new challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
