Apraksts

  • Lead 10–15 minute introductory screening calls with senior US-based candidates
  • Establish rapport quickly and help candidates feel informed about the next steps
  • Use company screening scripts to guide conversations while maintaining a natural flow
  • Apply evaluation criteria to assess candidate suitability for this or other company roles
  • Record complete and accurate screening findings in the company system
  • Coordinate call schedules, manage no-shows, and handle follow-ups independently
  • Track recurring candidate questions and positioning challenges to support process improvements

Prasības

  • At least four years of recruiting experience, including screening senior candidates in the US, Canada, Europe, or Australia
  • Strong spoken English and confident telephone communication skills
  • Ability to establish credibility and trust with senior candidates within minutes
  • Sound judgment when distinguishing substantive responses from polished answers and explaining fit decisions
  • Highly organized and detail-focused, with the discipline to cover all topics and produce accurate, complete notes
  • Self-directed, receptive to coaching, quick to apply feedback, and comfortable learning new systems
  • Reliable availability during US working hours, including early mornings or evenings in the candidate’s time zone
