Aprašymas

  • Expand profitable sales among existing and prospective Emery Jensen customers in the territory.
  • Increase sales through warehouse orders, trade conventions, drop-ship offerings, and promotional programs.
  • Assess retailers and tailor sales strategies and solutions to each customer.
  • Manage customer relationships and connect customers with Emery Jensen Distribution.
  • Attend relevant industry trade shows and events as needed.
  • Meet annual sales and profit targets through a strategic sales plan.
  • Represent Emery Jensen with professionalism and integrity.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Find new customers and business opportunities in the territory.
  • Plan and prioritize weekly customer routes and sales calls.
  • Share wins and challenges with the Emery Jensen Leadership Team.
  • Partner with Sales Support, the Care Center, and other internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Exchange ideas and sales successes with colleagues.
  • Use sound judgment when managing travel, entertainment, and vehicle costs.

Reikalavimai

  • Business-to-business sales experience of 2–5 years preferred.
  • Hardware sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong listening and negotiation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfort with cold calling and preparing proposals for prospective customers.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve objectives in an active store environment.
  • Strategic thinking skills, especially in developing and executing a sales growth plan.
  • Willingness to use data and business intelligence reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and opportunities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Available for extensive travel, including overnight trips.
  • Must drive a company vehicle and meet company motor vehicle and insurance eligibility requirements.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license held continuously for at least three years immediately before the current date.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to climb a ladder, carry 35 pounds, and stock merchandise.
