  • Act as a trusted client advisor
  • Lead architecture for large, complex engagements
  • Collaborate with executive and delivery stakeholders to define and deliver solution visions
  • Design and implement scalable, mission-focused solutions for Defense and National Security customers
  • Shape, scope, and coordinate complex federal engagements across presales and delivery
  • Set architectural direction from initial solution design through execution
  • Protect architectural integrity while maintaining executive alignment
  • Lead internal strategic initiatives that support consulting-practice growth
  • Expand the consulting community’s shared knowledge and expertise
  • Help customers and colleagues adopt emerging technologies that improve business value
  • Explain complex concepts and provide practical guidance for stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Identify risks early and manage them through resolution
  • Set customer expectations and negotiate complex solutions with customers and third-party partners
  • Evaluate and correct project or program direction, approaches, and key deliverables
  • Define program vision and communicate strategies that enable Salesforce platform technologies

Reikalavimai

  • At least 8 years of relevant enterprise architecture or Salesforce Platform consulting experience across the full delivery lifecycle
  • Advanced expertise in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy
  • Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and producing detailed system and functional designs
  • Experience documenting business processes and creating system wireframes with process-flow, UML, sequence-diagram, or similar tools
  • Strong presentation capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create materials tailored to different audiences
  • Ability to build relationships with people across diverse roles
  • Resourceful, innovative approach to problem solving
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
  • Located in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area
  • Active U.S. Government Secret, TS, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Poly security clearance
  • Multiple Salesforce Core Architecture certifications
  • Experience with public-sector digital transformation initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with Public Sector Solutions (Agentforce Public Sector)
  • Ability to explain and advocate for best practices across organizational levels
  • Background in application design and development
  • U.S. citizenship, by birth or naturalization, required
  • Dual citizenship is not permitted
  • Ability to complete a U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation for a Moderate Public Trust position
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required U.S. Government security clearance
  • Willingness to travel as required by client engagements
