Aprašymas

  • Develop machine learning models and AI solutions for business-critical use cases.
  • Own the modeling lifecycle from data extraction and feature engineering through evaluation, retraining, and real-time deployment.
  • Create production-ready LLM applications, including RAG systems and multi-agent architectures.
  • Investigate model performance issues and choose suitable approaches for each problem.
  • Take initiatives from research and scoping through delivery.
  • Work with stakeholders and engineering teams in the US and India.
  • Lead projects or MVPs from requirements definition through stakeholder alignment and delivery.
  • Present technical work to US clients.
  • Create dashboards and explain results to business audiences.

Reikalavimai

  • Senior-level experience.
  • Strong Python and SQL skills.
  • Practical experience with machine learning tools such as pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, or comparable libraries.
  • Experience deploying machine learning models to production, including real-time or low-latency inference.
  • Experience monitoring model drift and improving models in production.
  • Practical knowledge of hyperparameter tuning and feature selection methods, such as Optuna and backward selection.
  • Strong experience building LLM solutions, including agents, multi-agent systems, RAG, and API integrations.
  • Experience leading a project or MVP from requirements or PRD definition through stakeholder alignment.
  • Advanced or fluent English, with confidence presenting technical work to US clients.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or Workday and their data models is a plus.
  • Experience in financial services, credit risk, fraud, or large consumer or B2B companies is a plus.
  • Experience creating dashboards and communicating findings to business audiences is a plus.
