  • Support the Sales team with technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
  • Take part in product demonstrations and negotiations.
  • Answer prospective customers’ questions and explain the platform’s technical capabilities.
  • Build and maintain software demonstration environments to specification.
  • Use consultative conversations to understand and address prospective customers’ challenges.
  • Help Customer Success answer existing customers’ technical questions.
  • Work with Engineering and Product on platform changes and customer issues.
  • Keep up with the product roadmap, hardware offerings, and feature releases.
  • Act as the company’s expert on platform features and functionality.
  • Lead internal product support and training.
  • Train new Sales and Customer Success representatives on the platform.
  • Review completed internal training programs and certify participants.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop technical presentations and materials.
  • Assess Sales and Customer Success strategies and recommend changes.
  • Coordinate with Executive Leadership on training, strategy, and the product roadmap.
  • Prepare reports as needed.
  • Help maintain the Salesforce and HubSpot databases.

Reikalavimai

  • At least five years of experience in sales engineering or pre-sales.
  • At least five years of experience providing technical support in a SaaS environment.
  • Construction technology or construction industry experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience in a technical, production-driven environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Help Scout, HubSpot, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Strong analytical curiosity and creativity, with adaptable critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as business needs require.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and keep up with platform changes.
  • Currently based in Texas or willing to relocate there.
