  • Investigate procedural issues and exceptions related to client matters.
  • Handle client emails and inquiries with prompt, professional responses.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and colleagues, including during sensitive or difficult interactions.
  • Use software, online portals, and digital filing systems to locate and manage information.
  • Manage calendars and follow-up tasks so active matters receive timely attention.
  • Research client questions, coordinate responses, and keep matters organized.
