Remote Client Services Facilitator

- Investigate procedural issues and exceptions related to client matters.
- Handle client emails and inquiries with prompt, professional responses.
- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and colleagues, including during sensitive or difficult interactions.
- Use software, online portals, and digital filing systems to locate and manage information.
- Manage calendars and follow-up tasks so active matters receive timely attention.
- Research client questions, coordinate responses, and keep matters organized.

- Dependable, motivated, and focused on achieving goals.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Careful attention to detail, with strong research and deductive reasoning abilities.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Windows tasks, and PDF software such as Adobe Acrobat or Nitro, including opening, editing, and combining PDF files.
