Payroll Coordinator

Process accurate payroll for CoreMedical Group healthcare clinicians, including timesheets, deductions, and reimbursements. Partner with Finance and operations to support payroll administration.

  • Process weekly timesheets and mileage reimbursement forms
  • Review payroll for accuracy and process it on schedule
  • Handle deductions for taxes, benefits, and other contributions
  • Keep clinician records accurate across payroll systems
  • Prepare manual checks, calculate payments, and complete paperwork for ACH transfers, wires, and GCC loads
  • Explain timesheet requirements and required documentation to clinicians
  • Answer payroll questions and resolve issues professionally
  • Follow company policies, industry rules, and applicable tax and deduction laws
  • Assist with payroll department operations as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to the Finance Department
  • Document task responsibilities and keep Standard Operating Procedures current
  • Stay up to date with departmental SOP changes and follow them
  • Take on other responsibilities and tasks as assigned
  • Coordinate payroll work with the Payroll Manager, Finance Team, Sales Team, and other operations departments

Reikalavimai

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior administrative experience
  • Payroll experience preferred
  • Basic familiarity with payroll concepts and terminology is a plus
  • Maintain strict confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Internet research skills preferred
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Quickly learn and adapt to payroll systems and software
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
