Aprašymas

  • Manage Perk’s North American paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
  • Oversee bids, budget pacing, and campaign optimization
  • Analyze search queries, expand keyword coverage, and manage negative keywords
  • Improve campaign efficiency using in-platform, online, and offline conversion metrics
  • Plan, monitor, and analyze ad copy and landing page A/B tests
  • Research competitors and industry trends
  • Share performance updates and monthly reports with management and stakeholders
  • Work with SEO on AEO initiatives to improve Perk’s visibility and citations in AI answer engines
  • Use paid search insights to guide AEO priorities and content
  • Test and report on AI-powered search features, including AI Overviews and Google AI Max
  • Apply AI tools to ad copy, keyword research, and performance analysis, and help the team adopt new workflows
  • Partner with North America Field Marketing and SDR teams to improve lead quality and Marketing–Sales alignment
  • Coordinate with global Paid Media, Brand, and Creative teams across the customer journey
  • Maintain relationships with Google and Microsoft platform representatives

Reikalavimai

  • Bring at least four years of hands-on paid search campaign management experience
  • Have strong working knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, and Remarketing
  • Use Google Ads Editor and/or Microsoft Advertising Editor proficiently
  • Have experience managing large-scale B2B lead generation campaigns
  • Understand search query reporting, keyword optimization, match types, and bidding strategies
  • Show a record of meeting or exceeding growth targets and quarterly OKRs
  • Have experience with conversion tracking, tag management tools such as Google Tag Manager, and attribution
  • Be analytically skilled with Google Analytics, Looker or similar tools, and Excel or Google Sheets
  • AEO experience and understanding how AI answer engines find and cite sources are a plus
  • Basic SEO knowledge is a plus
  • B2B SaaS or high-growth startup experience is a plus
  • Travel, FinTech, or expense management experience is a plus
  • Full-funnel B2B campaign design experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or Marketo is a plus
  • Live within commuting distance of a company hub
  • Submit an English-language resume; English is the office language
