Build strategic sourcing plans, initiative pipelines, and category roadmaps for assigned indirect categories.
Apply market intelligence, supplier segmentation, demand patterns, and risk mitigation planning to shape sourcing strategies.
Manage category strategies spanning software, SaaS, cloud, IaaS, hardware, telecom, AI, and IT services.
Lead complete sourcing events from stakeholder alignment and supplier selection through RFP/RFQ execution, analysis, negotiations, and award recommendations.
Conduct high-value negotiations with Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, AWS, Azure, and other strategic technology suppliers.
Develop negotiation approaches covering commercial value, service standards, risk, contract flexibility, and supplier performance.
Work with Legal, Finance, Compliance, and business stakeholders on contract reviews and business decisions.
Oversee strategic supplier relationships, performance reviews, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
Achieve annual P&L reduction and protection goals through sourcing, negotiation, demand management, supplier optimization, working capital, savings pipelines, benefit validation, and budget impact management.
Monitor sourcing outcomes, confirm benefits with Finance, and contribute to leadership reporting.
Supervise Category Managers, Analysts, Specialists, and other assigned procurement personnel.
Provide coaching, feedback, development planning, workload direction, governance, and performance management.
Coach team members in category strategy, sourcing rigor, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation preparation.
Build executive stakeholder partnerships and establish Procurement as a strategic business function.
Collaborate with the CIO and IT leaders on technology roadmaps and long-term initiatives.
Engage Procurement early in IT initiatives to improve planning and value realization.
Work with IT leadership on software asset optimization, cloud cost governance, and AI procurement standards.
Lead complex cross-functional programs and influence senior leaders to deliver enterprise results and maximize value.
Promote change management that supports adoption of procurement strategies, processes, and technologies.
Reconcile stakeholder priorities with governance, risk controls, and business needs.
Encourage collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across Procurement and business teams.
Use digital procurement systems, data analytics, and automation to strengthen decisions and stakeholder outcomes.
Apply procurement platforms and analytical tools to category planning, sourcing, supplier management, and performance reporting.

Талаптар

A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, category management, finance, or a related business area.
At least 3 years of direct people-management experience is preferred or may be required based on organizational needs.
Strong command of indirect procurement, category management, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and procurement practices across multiple spend categories.
Expert ability to lead complex sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional procurement programs.
Demonstrated experience managing business stakeholders and indirect suppliers while producing measurable savings or value.
Work is performed under inside working conditions.
