Senior Clinical Research Associate - Turkey (Remote)
Senior Clinical Research Associate role at ICON plc supporting sponsor-dedicated clinical trials in Turkey. The position focuses on protocol compliance, site performance, data quality, and regulatory standards.

- Manage clinical trial activities in line with protocols, regulations, and industry standards
- Lead technically complex monitoring work with an emphasis on quality and continuous improvement
- Assess clinical sites for compliance with study protocols, regulations, and Good Clinical Practice standards
- Conduct site visits to evaluate performance, address issues, and support successful trial delivery
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely data collection and reporting
- Train and guide site staff and fellow Clinical Research Associates
- Develop stakeholder relationships that support efficient trial operations
Талаптар
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare-related discipline
- Extensive Clinical Research Associate experience with strong knowledge of trial processes and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple sites and projects while applying strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of monitoring, data integrity, and site management, including relevant clinical trial software and tools
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence compliance in complex environments
- Availability to travel as needed, approximately 60%
- Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based
