  • Review customer accounts and profiles using internal systems, public databases, and official registers.
  • Escalate identified financial-crime risks to the appropriate bank unit.
  • Prepare customer due diligence reports and risk-management recommendations.
  • Train colleagues and assist specialists with complex cases.
  • Assist the Team Lead with daily operations, team coordination, implementation of decisions, and process continuity.
  • Contact customers remotely by email and online banking to obtain KYC updates and transaction explanations.
  • Record and maintain customer information in banking systems.
  • Quality-check CDD, EDD, and OEDD cases and share findings with stakeholders.
  • Complete scheduled customer and account reviews for compliance purposes.
  • Work with Relationship Managers on customer relationships and account activity.
  • Document investigation outcomes and recommend actions to other company departments.

Талаптар

  • At least two years of banking experience or experience reviewing customer data quality in a comparable industry, including KYC processes.
  • Higher education in economics, business administration, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Strong practical KYC experience, including CDD, EDD, and OEDD.
  • Commitment to staying informed about industry trends and developments.
  • CAMS, ICA, or comparable training and certifications are preferred.
  • Strong accountability and personal responsibility.
  • Adaptability and initiative when addressing non-standard situations.
  • Accuracy, a constructive attitude, and well-developed analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams, business units, and colleagues.
  • High ethical standards, integrity, a strong reputation, and commitment to best practices.
  • Native Lithuanian and excellent written and spoken English.
