- Oversee specialists’ daily work to deliver excellent customer service
- Train, lead, mentor, and coach a team of specialists
- Support sales and revenue targets, client loyalty, and retention
- Ensure clients receive high-quality service
- Review and adjust appointments to improve efficiency
- Coordinate field routes
- Conduct quality-control audits for clients
- Oversee client accounts
- Guide staff on operations, service delivery, and client care
- Manage operational finances, including revenue growth and expense control
- Travel throughout the territory each day to visit clients and support specialists
- Work with the sales team to develop business
- Submit required weekly, monthly, and annual reports
Талаптар
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
- Three to five years of management experience, with a focus on customer service
- Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and coach service professionals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a route-based service environment is a plus
- Ability to obtain and maintain licenses or certificates required by federal, state, and local regulations
- Valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends as needed
