Review incoming student transcripts against grading, curriculum, and credit standards.
Confirm earned credits meet graduation requirements.
Record student details, including test scores, immunizations, court documents, and other records, in the student information database.
Maintain records of coursework, grades and changes, academic achievements, and student materials.
Provide teachers with information for student academic planning.
Alert administrators and counselors to potential credit shortfalls or unusual placements.
Coordinate with other schools to obtain relevant student records and files.
Interview prospective students and parents before enrollment.
Handle requests for transcripts, employment verification, and other information.
Complete and maintain forms required by state and social service programs.
Compile student data and prepare general, statistical, and special reports for management.
Attend student and school events.
Take part in staff meetings and professional development when requested.
Follow attendance policies.
Carry out other assigned administrative duties.

Талаптар

High school diploma or GED.
At least three years of office experience, or three years in a public school handling student information processing.
Experience with student information databases.
Experience with word processing and spreadsheet software.
Strong record-keeping practices.
Effective communication, reading, and writing skills.
Effective planning and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to collaborate with personnel at different levels.
Proficiency with computer technology.
Ability to meet schedules and deadlines.
Knowledge of codes, regulations, and laws concerning student enrollment, graduation, and transfers.
Ability to travel as required for job duties.
Ability to multitask, adjust task priorities, and perform repetitive, detail-oriented work.
Primarily seated work, with occasional exertion of up to 10 pounds of force.
