Executive Assistant to the CEO (London Hybrid)
Provide high-level executive support across Pockit and Monese, managing complex schedules, investor coordination, governance meetings, and business operations. Help shape London office culture while supporting projects, events, and day-to-day workplace administration.

- Support the CEO across Pockit, Monese, and the wider business portfolio
- Coordinate the CEO’s professional and personal calendar, including travel as required
- Manage personal and family-related administrative matters
- Protect and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Partner with the executive team to optimise the CEO’s schedule and priorities
- Coordinate executive meetings, logistics, and related events
- Draft documents, briefing papers, and correspondence for the CEO
- Record meeting minutes and assist with board preparation and wider administrative work
- Liaise with investors and other external stakeholders to coordinate arrangements
- Assist the Chief of Staff with monthly All Hands sessions, including presentations, host coordination, and technical setup
- Receive visitors and coordinate meeting rooms, catering, and related arrangements
- Oversee office administration, meeting logistics, and the effective operation of the co-working space
- Coordinate London People Team programmes, including social events, awareness initiatives, charitable activities, celebrations, and recognition schemes
- Contribute to ad hoc business projects as needed

- Experience supporting C-suite leaders, including a direct one-to-one partnership with a CEO or equivalent
- Background in a startup or scale-up environment
- Experience managing investor relationships and a broad network of external stakeholders
- Positive, proactive approach with the ability to build strong relationships and contribute to office culture
- Exceptional attention to detail and consistently accurate work
- Highly organised approach to managing time-sensitive priorities
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate events of varying sizes and locations
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Warm, personable interpersonal style combined with flexibility and initiative
- Professional, confident verbal and written communication
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasionally provide out-of-hours support
