  • Advance strategic objectives for personal lines products.
  • Create and carry out a data and analytics strategy that informs decisions.

  • Contribute to pricing and analytical modeling.
  • Work with product managers and pricing actuaries to shape and implement pricing strategies.
  • Improve pricing sophistication over time.
  • Lead and mentor the team.
  • Set team goals and expectations, and ensure members have the resources and support they need.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, IT, and customer service.

  • At least 10 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience.
  • At least 5 years in a product, pricing, or analytics role.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships across departments.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Candidates living within 50 miles of an office location are offered a hybrid schedule; fully remote candidates may need to travel to an office occasionally for in-person activities.
