  • Assess risk across business and IT initiatives, including cloud migrations, system deployments, automation, process changes, and AI applications.
  • Review systems and processes to identify SOX, operational, and other compliance risks.
  • Evaluate processes, controls, and systems, then coordinate fixes for compliance gaps.
  • Create risk scenarios and models that estimate likelihood and impact.
  • Support the shift from manual controls to automated, embedded safeguards.
  • Build business and technology controls using GRC systems and NIST, COBIT, accounting, audit, and SOX standards.
  • Address IT general controls, data integrity, and Agile software development lifecycle controls.
  • Work with IT, Compliance, and Business teams to establish scalable controls.
  • Support ongoing monitoring through GRC platforms and data-informed reporting.
  • Oversee IT project risk programs from start to finish, including training control owners.
  • Evaluate the effects of business and IT changes and recommend ways to reduce risk.
  • Track risk findings and coordinate their remediation.
  • Connect Technology, Compliance, Audit, and Business stakeholders.
  • Explain technical risks in terms relevant to business partners.
  • Contribute to workshops on risks related to AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Create and maintain dashboards for key risk indicators, control health, and mitigation progress.
  • Prepare for audits by maintaining thorough documentation, evidence, and process narratives.
  • Use data visualization tools to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT Risk Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field and at least one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred: 1–4 years of experience in IT risk management, IT compliance, enterprise risk, audit, or a similar area.
  • Working knowledge of SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, COSO, and COBIT risk and control frameworks.
  • Familiarity with automation, AI governance, cloud risk considerations, and Agile Scrum.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.
  • Authorization to work legally in the United States.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP, or Agile/Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
