Business and Technology Risk Integration Analyst
Help strengthen T-Mobile’s business and technology controls by assessing risk, building automated safeguards, and preparing teams for audits. The role spans compliance, IT projects, emerging technology, and risk reporting.
Opis
- Assess risk across business and IT initiatives, including cloud migrations, system deployments, automation, process changes, and AI applications.
- Review systems and processes to identify SOX, operational, and other compliance risks.
- Evaluate processes, controls, and systems, then coordinate fixes for compliance gaps.
- Create risk scenarios and models that estimate likelihood and impact.
- Support the shift from manual controls to automated, embedded safeguards.
- Build business and technology controls using GRC systems and NIST, COBIT, accounting, audit, and SOX standards.
- Address IT general controls, data integrity, and Agile software development lifecycle controls.
- Work with IT, Compliance, and Business teams to establish scalable controls.
- Support ongoing monitoring through GRC platforms and data-informed reporting.
- Oversee IT project risk programs from start to finish, including training control owners.
- Evaluate the effects of business and IT changes and recommend ways to reduce risk.
- Track risk findings and coordinate their remediation.
- Connect Technology, Compliance, Audit, and Business stakeholders.
- Explain technical risks in terms relevant to business partners.
- Contribute to workshops on risks related to AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Create and maintain dashboards for key risk indicators, control health, and mitigation progress.
- Prepare for audits by maintaining thorough documentation, evidence, and process narratives.
- Use data visualization tools to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
Zahteve
- Bachelor’s degree in IT Risk Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field and at least one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred: 1–4 years of experience in IT risk management, IT compliance, enterprise risk, audit, or a similar area.
- Working knowledge of SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, COSO, and COBIT risk and control frameworks.
- Familiarity with automation, AI governance, cloud risk considerations, and Agile Scrum.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.
- Authorization to work legally in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP, or Agile/Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
