Bilingual Automotive Claims Adjuster
Handle claims for Protective Asset Protection, which provides vehicle protection and finance and insurance solutions to dealerships and financial institutions. Assess coverage, investigate losses, and assist customers in English and Spanish.

- Provide professional phone support for questions about claims and coverage
- Authorize claims and respond to a high volume of incoming calls
- Complete claim paperwork according to established procedures
- Review and decide assigned claims
- Receive reports of new losses
- Assess coverage under contracts, agreements, and policies
- Document and investigate new losses accurately
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
- Communicate with customers in English and Spanish
- Carry out other duties as assigned

- At least two years of experience in automotive service as a technician or service advisor
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to identify and clear obstacles to keep work moving efficiently
- Proficiency with computers and applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work across multiple systems in a fast-paced setting
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required
- High school diploma required
- Analytical skills required
- Ability to make decisions based on contract language
- Sound judgment in determining applicable contract benefits for claims
- Availability to work 40 hours per week between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, plus a rotating Saturday every four to six weeks
