Team Assistant – Interpath Advisory, Cape Town Hybrid

Support Interpath Advisory Directors with diary management, document preparation, travel coordination, events, CRM administration and office operations in a hybrid Cape Town role.

Description

  • Manage Directors’ diaries by coordinating meetings, conference calls, room bookings and catering.
  • Create, format and maintain letters, reports, agendas, minutes and presentations in line with branding standards.
  • Arrange cost-conscious business travel and accommodation.
  • Process expense claims accurately and submit them promptly.
  • Keep Salesforce and other CRM records accurate and up to date.
  • Help deliver business development events, managing guest lists, invitations, venues and hospitality.
  • Organize seminars, training sessions and internal events as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls professionally and route enquiries to the appropriate contacts.
  • Assist with office and facilities operations, including reception cover, meeting room preparation, stationery and catering.
  • Work with the Administration team to share workload, cover absences and meet broader business needs.
  • Complete additional administrative tasks as required to support the business.

Requirements

  • Experience in administration, team assistance, secretarial work or office support is helpful, though candidates with strong organizational and communication abilities may also be considered.
  • Ability to build productive working relationships and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Takes ownership, uses initiative and follows tasks through to completion.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Can identify, escalate and prioritize issues to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong time management and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce, is advantageous.
  • Native or fluent English is essential.
