Description

  • Connect Coinbase’s Help Center, chatbots, and agent workflows with AI-powered systems.
  • Design and deploy a scalable multi-agent framework for agent assistance, internal procedures, and secure LLM actions.
  • Lead complex machine learning initiatives from initial design through production release.
  • Set priorities, weigh technical trade-offs, and coordinate cross-functional dependencies.
  • Develop and improve AI-powered concierge chat and agent copilot experiences.
  • Increase automated resolution rates while shortening case handling times.
  • Create systems to identify and manage malicious actors and adversarial inputs.
  • Set standards for system architecture, code quality, and machine learning and AI evaluation.
  • Guide colleagues on architecture decisions and current machine learning development practices.
  • Work with Conversation Design, Customer Experience, and Engineering to deliver secure, compliant, scalable AI support.

Requirements

  • At least five years of professional experience in machine learning and software engineering.
  • Demonstrated success delivering production-grade machine learning services at scale.
  • Practical expertise with large language models, deep learning, and generative AI tools or platforms such as LangGraph, LangSmith, Google ADK, Vertex AI, or AWS Bedrock.
  • Ability to build multi-agent systems or LLM orchestration workflows.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Deep expertise in at least one area: natural language processing, information retrieval, conversational AI, or advanced statistical modeling.
  • Ability to quickly learn related technical areas.
  • Ability to write technical design documents.
  • Ability to explain complex machine learning concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Responsible use of generative AI tools and copilots such as LibreChat, Gemini, or Glean.
  • Ability to apply human-in-the-loop practices and produce business-ready results.
