Description

  • Create machine learning and LLM solutions for customer-facing products and internal processes
  • Lead initiatives from initial concept to production, covering training, evaluation, integration, and monitoring
  • Apply established machine learning and LLM frameworks to develop advanced capabilities
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to integrate AI into product features and backend systems
  • Develop and support scalable APIs and services
  • Follow sound practices for CI/CD, observability, and cloud infrastructure
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to technical and executive audiences

Requirements

  • At least six years of experience in backend development, data engineering, or machine learning engineering
  • Advanced Python programming skills
  • Deep experience architecting scalable, resilient, fault-tolerant, and secure backend systems
  • Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, asynchronous processing, and event-driven architecture
  • Demonstrated experience designing and running high-throughput production APIs
  • Experience facilitating technical design reviews and evaluating architectural tradeoffs
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
  • Experience developing and scaling applications powered by large language models
  • Working knowledge of AWS and DevOps practices such as CI/CD, monitoring, and infrastructure as code
  • Exposure to NoSQL technologies and real-time data processing pipelines
  • Strong problem-solving, ownership, teamwork, and communication skills
